Bob Cordaro, again, comes out looking like a wanna-be mafioso thug in today’s Scranton Times. He appointed a man to the Stadium Authority, then went ahead and did that man’s job for him without the man’s knowledge.

Nice.

No-bid contracts, while nice for politicians who engage in cronyism and patronage, are bad for voters and taxpayers. That seemed to be the focus of this latest nugget in the on-going self-inflicted smear campaign of Cordaro against himself. I suppose he thought he’d get away with all of this fun stuff, but, alas, it wasn’t meant to be. His actions disgrace himself.

So, who thinks it’s only a matter of time before he gets indicted for a multitude of criminal activities he engaged in while running/extorting Lackawanna County? Who hopes he does?
